Leipzig Airport, Germany. Overnight last night:
- Drone spotted and seized in the secure cargo area near Antonov Airlines. I’ve seen reports it may have been brought down from a hover. The drone was found to be carrying some form of explosives.
- Later, a DHL aircraft on takeoff ascent struck an object midair, flight continued and was found on landing to have nose damage. No further info yet on what it was.
- Counterterrorism police are investigating.
