About to graduate BMQ but decided that I want to change occupation.

About to graduate BMQ but decided that I want to change occupation. I am about to complete the final stages as a NCM and have decided through the course of BMQ that I want to switch my occupation. What are my options? I know of the graduate and VR route but do not know how that works and then there is the put in paperwork to transfer but time is limited. Can anyone furthr explain these routes and any other possible options. 9th week.
