All Things AB Separatism (split fm Liberal Minority Government 2025 - ???)

Someone filmed the interaction last night between the Centurion Project, the RCMP, and Elections Alberta.

The uniformed police there are municipal, not RCMP, FWIW.

No idea who would take on an investigation into something like what seems to be alleged here.

What? She’s impressed by my Internet forum skills. Don’t make this weird.

Besides the investigative authority of the Election Commissioner, seems like at least one LE agency wants a piece of it.

Here's the RCMP statement, likely the beginning of a lot more happening over the coming months.

Guess she realizes how bad this actually is, and is trying to put a little distance between them and the provincial government (and the leanings of some within the UCP).

Alberta premier calls for accountability as separatist group faces voter list investigations

I mean this is getting worse by the minute. Below explains this app, which every albertans data was on, was shown to the white house a couple weeks ago for use in the US. Which is being touted by Tucker Carlson. Its entirely possible that every Albertan has their information in the hands of the US government.

Okay so let me get this straight. The republican party takes the voter registry, and hands it to seperatists. Running massive concerns of them fraudulently adding names to their petition. Now the government is changing the rules so that they cant investigate the validity of signatures, on top of that if I said hey EA if my names on it, take it off I didnt sign it. They cant? And it will get counted?

How in God's name is this any bit legal

A threshold of “reasonable grounds to believe” there is already an offence under the Election Act to even investigate is absolutely insane. That’s the threshold we as police use for things like search warrants or laying charges. We aren’t at all constrained from investigating allegations by language like that. Why in the hell did the provincial government change that in just the past couple years? It utterly hobbles enforcement.

Looks like the reciprocal “fuck you” “no fuck you” has started between the provincial government and elections officials. So far Elections Alberta’s receipts are much more compelling.

I’m thinking of all the people who have very good reasons to not want their address publicly available. This is hella bad. I’m thinking of any police or prosecutors out there who might have worked stuff like organized crime or extremism investigations/prosecutions… Donestic violence or stalking victims… Activists and journalists who push hard on contentious issues. Families of all of the above… This is ugly.

Between this and the Treaty 8 lawsuit there is no way this thing is getting validated at this point.

The easy way out is just run the Forever Canadian petition as a referendum question and let the majority make their desire to stay clear. Doesn’t mean the separatists will shut up and go away, but they’ll be neutered.
