All Things AB Separatism (split fm Liberal Minority Government 2025 - ???)

I wonder how many other third parties may have been given access to the lists that shouldn't, we only know about Centurion Project because they unintentionally or not made the data public.
Kind of a moot point now that every 3rd party in the world has access to it now.

Well the courts ordered it down, which is confirmed i believe. Now whats interested is the Centurion project website and app were hosted in the US, which means the Data has crossed international boundaries, meaning federal laws potentially apply like PIPEDA

You think bad actors didn't make copies?

So it's a moot point. Sure, academically it's curious how many people had access to it, but now that everyone and their mother does...
you mean how political parties could have it for certain purposes? yeah funny how rules work, and protection of privacy

If I believed for a second anyone in the political class would suffer for this I would care a lot more.

We shall see, there is potentially a lot of people who could get investigated here, every canvasser is liable for their list, so any one with salted or forged names would be liable for falsifying the document. Then all the way up the chain to the top

I admire your optimism.

global news is reporting that the centurion project used Rachel Notley's address for their training videos on how to look people up. I dont buy the "we were using it to identify people to recruit to our cause" excuse

Mentioned here.

Including a tweet Rath made on March 24th directing canvassers to the Centurion Project that "want to get 1000 signatures".

Totally not suspicious at all.

Sep's saying 301k, we shall see what happens once verified, mind you they can't be until the current injunction is over, and who knows how the latest scandal will affect. Should be noted this is over a 150k less than forever Canada got, comparing at face value towards a referendum shows the stay side has the edge by a considerable margin.

That said, I am highly suspicious of this number, just about a month ago Rath and others were posting the need to get signatures because they were on track to not make their goal, now they exceed it by over a 100k, so in a month they got more signatures then they did in the first 4 months combined? not making sense here

Forever Canada has over 400k verified signatures. They were also touting +90% participation in some places that only saw 60% come out and vote in 2025, in some cases even with 25% of the votes going toward the NDP.

This petition already has three injunctions to contend with, the electors list breach should absolutely disqualify it entirely. Everything that would be required to forge signatures that pass as verifiable was at their fingertips for over a month.

If Smith wants anything remotely close to a separation question on the referendum she'd be smart to just go with Forever Canada at this point.
