Alberta can annex the NWT under "our Constitution".

I didn't know Alberta had a Constitution. They certainly can't annex territory under the Canadian one, let alone what would then be foreign territory. There's another word for that.

That's not how first cousins work. And 13 times removed at the pierre level is....

So Charles-Émile Charley Trudeau was born in 1887. For the math to work, I think Charles descendants would have needed to squeeze in 14 generations into 130 years.

so unless the male line descendants were getting women pregnant while they were 9, this is a statistical impossibility.
