Anybody else merit listed for a combat trade?

Hey Everyone,
Just looking at seeing who else is merit listed for a combat arms trade at the moment. It may be a good idea to start getting to know one another while we wait. My first trade choice is Infantry and second is Combat Engineer.
its a bit of a personal story section question but how long did it take everyone to get merit listed? its certainly been a long journey for myself at almost 2 years.
all other trades are more than welcome to share as well!

If I'm not mistaken, you get merit listed as soon as your background check is complete (references, ect)
