Not considered multinational as they only use their equipment provincially (ish). The encryption keys are considered protected.
One can argue either way but some of their officers utilize their system for access to protected data basis that are level secret. Some of the investigations they are involved with are level secret with grave national concerns.

Did I think Finning Canada has more security requirements then the Military. I would not have thought so but they do in some of their buildings/ facilities.
Did I think a local Oilfield company who uses Radiation sources require a high level of security. Nope but they do in some cases.
