I had to get a pardon for 2 impaired driving charges from 1980 to be able to join the Navy. I guess the CAF is a criminal organization for letting me in?

Obviously an alleged crime like the one mentioned is a terrible thing if it happened... but there was no conviction. 20 years have passed without any further allegations.

I'm calling it a big nothing burger. It also has nothing to do with corruption.

The BC Conservative Party, although quite welcome to beat the NDP, has quickly become a rotten organization loaded with corrupt and criminal diasporas who will be elected in large enough numbers that we will be trading Marxism for corruption, nepotism, scams and scandals and nothing will improve. Politics in BC and in Canada generally, needs the political equivalent of a powerful enema.

And it was ever thus. The NDP followed their Marxist hearts, and the free-enterprise coalition ended in sleaze and corruption, destroying the coalition and allowing the NDP to win.
