Future 105 mm light gun limber part of Team Lionstrike UK LMP offer

I can easily see this as a system for the LG1. Too tight for the C3.

Two vehicles. A five pax with a load bed for gun stores and personnel gear and a two pax ammo vehicle with a larger load bed and a trailer.

On deployment the five man crew bring the gun into action while the ammo vehicle unhitches the trailer near the gun then both vehicles depart for a wagon line. As the trailer is emptied of ready ammo it gets replenished by the ammo vehicle which itself gets replenished in the wagon lines from the heavier battery or regimental ammo train.

Makes it a fairly mobile system and provides an extra vehicle to tow the gun in case of a breakdown or vehicle casualty.

A handy system all told. Lot better than having that humongous hulk of an MSVS MilCOT hanging around.

And, I imagine, you can sling it under alot of different helicopters...
