Can I be rejected for lactose intolerance?

Can I be turned down for reserve infantry for being lactose intolerant? Has anyone heard of this happening before?

My good friend who is in our unit is a lactose intolerant. So i guess they will accept you. He usually never has any problems with the food they serve. Including rations.

Thanks alot I'm not too worried anyway worse comes to worse its easy for me to avoid cheese or milk products anyway
