Is that article accurate when it talks about the Leonardo 5 inch gun? I thought that others on here have pointed out that this has been dropped for the BAE 5 inch, correct?

We will see. In my opinion, it's not the size that matters, but the composition.

It appears the RCN is making a conscious effort to improve upon the crewing compositions models used for the AOPS and MCDVs, and that's a positive development.

From a sustainment perspective, the key will be ensuring that leadership and command teams understand that you cannot achieve CPF-level service and support with fewer resources. Overall, however, based on the numbers and positions I have seen, I am encouraged and optimistic.
