Component Transfer from naval reserve into RegF LogO. What's the wait time?

I've been in the naval reserves for 3 years, and have done my BMOQ and NETPO under the MARS trade. I'm also finishing up my last year in university.
Recently I've submitted a CT into the reg force as a Sea LogO, since it's closer to what I've studied (BCom).
From a combination of calling the recruiting office, and asking around, I've heard various stories saying that the trade is full, that up to 200 people are waiting to get in, and that it might take 2+ years for the process to complete.
Was just wondering if there's anyone on here that could shed some light on the current Logistic Officer demand of the Reg Force.

Quickly perusing the recruiting threads seems to indicate the process can take as long as three years. Apply now just the same. The new fiscal year will be upon us soon and the recruiting targets may change.
