Would they be able to use some sort of UUV for Buoy work ?

9 ton buoy and 3 ton anchor plus chain for some of the bigger river buoys

I keep hearing that 2 more AORs will be ordered in the early 2030s. When we have the fleet size and the crewing available to justify two more.

That makes sense. It will be well into Seapan's CCG build cycle.
