Curious about something my RECRUITER told me.

I was thinking about joining the Canadian Forces to pay for university.  I went to the recruiter, we talked a bit, and he told me that going overseas was now COMPLETELY optional.  I would like to know..is this true?

No offense, but not a chance.

I assume your talking about the reserves and not the full time (Regular) Forces?

Do a search before everyone else here dogpiles you and chooses to question your motivations.

How 'bout you just don't bother, and save the rest of us the hassle of dealing with some chippy punk who's only looking for a free ride and thinks tours are 'optional'.
