Ok how it is now in Alberta it takes 3 years to get a graduated license, is there anyway the military can help me speed this process up? or do I acually have to wait 3 more years just to join the RCMP or anyother trade that might require? Acually I know that you get a limited one in 1yr, but im not sure if that qualifies.

No the military will not help speed up the acquisition of your license. For the trades that require a civilian license it must be a fully graduated one.

Im from Calgary. And the CFRC here accepted my GDL. As it is required for 737.
