I was serving in the reserves as a medical assistant/combat medic (army) prior to CT to RegF for subsidized education (MO - purple trade). I plan to send a memo to revert back to CA from RCN. I have limited access to DWAN but from these forums I see that CANFORGEN 029/02 is the most applicable. Given that I am BTL now and will be until I finish my degree, I am hesitant in referencing it as I do not fit the >5 years past MOC in current trade.
Do I send it through regardless given the strength of my memo given prior service, family in the CA, and volunteering at a local field ambulance unit (99% of members wear green), omit a reference entirely, or dig through another reference (which does not seem to exist)?
*Note: Unsure if relevant, however I previously submitted a memo regarding this w/o the reference, it was approved by my CoC, then disappeared in the cogs of admin with no response despite follow ups.
