Looking for the distributor who supplies DND with their FF station wear boots. The ones I am thinking of are black, leather, with 2 zippers, one on the side at an angle. Thanks

Don't know if it is who supplies the CF, but try thefirestore.com , under "boots".

Personally fond of the "Pro Warrington" line.

Pro Warrington in today's news:

I don't know too much about exactly what the requirements are for FF boots. My father is an airport FF on civy side, he needs steel toed boots because he works with other equipment and such. But he needed something that he could get out of ASAP if the call comes in. I recommended these and he swears by them, although it could be the fact that they are the only boots he could find that come in 15W. But anyways hear you are,

Or you could also try these

Can't they just wear regular safety shoes in the station? That's all I ever saw them wear. They would step on the back of the shoe, the shoe drops off, then step into their boot. Then repeat the process for the other foot.

I like my Blundstone Station Boots.  Very comfortable (almost like running shoes) and quick to take off.

Hopefully some of you can help me with the following:
What type and manufacturer are the boots a Canadian Forces Fire Marshal wears with the blue pants and jacket? They look like black military combat lace up boots and have a zipper.
Any source where you can buy them?
Thanks,
Ron

I'm not sure who makes the boots. They are not swat boots. Our station boots don't have a NSN on them, we wear them with our nomex uniforms. Our "blue uniforms" are our dress uniform and we wear regular CF issued drill boots then. I just looked at the boots, there are no brand names on them or anything identifying who made them.
