Why send NATO troops to Iraq ? Just like Yugoslavia. Let these people sort out their problems, then who ever is left , give them aid.How many Canadians , died in Yugo , and for what? They have problems in their counrty , why should it become ours.Canadians, are "nice guys" and "nice guys" , always " come last".

Wasn‘t it Bismarck who remarked that the Balkans weren‘t worth the bones of a single Pomeranian grenadier? Still, events in that ever-violent corner of Europe tend to impact events far past the Sava river. We can ignore the events in the Balkans to our own peril like we did in 1914.
