When I spoke to Mel at SHOT I gathered the newest EMR bought by an element of the CF still where not CADPAT...

Infanteer - HJ is using a Green/Black Arctryx pack that he hit with some TAN paint...  Another CTS item has some many "fans" that CO's and RSM's are specifically allowing commercial rucks in non-radiant colours.

Good scoop on the EMR, I didn't have a chance to talk to Mel at SHOT much. Good scoop on them agreeing to make it in CADPAT too.
