Since you're in the Ottawa area, there is a guy that sells them not too far.

He's on the 138, between Bonville and St Andrew's.  About 1 hour from St. Laurent Shopping Centre.  I am not sure of the price. 

Prefair, just outside Montreal also sells them.

Must be the same guy.  There are not too many Iltiss, or is it Ilti, on the 138.

there is a guy between smiths falls and carleton place that  sells various ex military cars trucks etc, he has MP equipped Itis forsale, i saw it on dec 31 as i was driving by

Thats the guy I was thinking of, his prices are $4500 safety and e-tested(?)
