I was wondering if anybody has any info they would share on inf officer training? how challenging is it (esp phase III)? what do you think is the most common reason for failure? etc...

Yup that about sums it up,if I can haul my *** through a 6B course at 36 yrs old, 20 yr old officer candidates should be able to do it no problem.

Thanks everyone! As a little aside, what do you guys think about female infantry officers? I know there are a few (at least 4 or 5) around.

me i‘m fine with them as long as there compitent and a good officer like anyone else.

just to answer your first question, other than not being able to hack it, there is the case of stupid injuries like twisted ankles. there is a lot of guys who could hack it, but dont on an acount of an rtu because of some injury.
