Haven’t found it anywhere else before.

There will always be ethical dilemmas in war. Do we hand over terrorists to countries that are known to torture captives? Or not? Do we keep them and imprison them in a Gitmo style prison? Do we report atrocities that the host nation commits?

These are questions that will always arise in war. There will never be a satisfactory answer.
