Then, we have to think about why Submarines are not even mentioned in the budget that passed. Why is that?

Because we won’t decide on a submarine until next year (summer earliest) , then negotiate a submarine purchase agreement & a maintenance contract. Once terms including payment schedules are established, then the government will include it in future budgets.

I get it. The CAF has manning issues all around but if we use the excuse that our current personnel situation prevents us from planning for our future personnel needs then I guess it's useless to think about modernizing our military at all.

Sooooo The CTV and CBC I get fed and watch (I have said it many times I watch Vassey and David Cochrane) is part of that "Alt-right, pro-CPC, rage baiting" algorithm? Just checked my browser stats, CBC on youtube and their website has a very high amount of traffic on my computer.

Surprise, I listen to BOTH sides of a debate/story/argument, etc. I get told by so many here that they won't watch stuff I post or directly refute what they are saying because it poison/right wing/spamming/whatever. So who really lives in an echo chamber? Not me
