Be told he's no longer wanted but hang on and accuse those of trying to get rid of him of not following the proper process and insist he's not going anywhere until his position becomes completely untenable and then resign way too late to have any dignity?PP should pull a John Rustad
Not aware of that storyline or reference. The unionized workers who the NDP blames for raping all the indigenous women?
Avi LewisNot aware of that storyline or reference.
The NDP will grow only when all those Unionized workers leave the Conservative Party under PP and move back to their traditional home.
The Conservatives will be only left with the bitter, discontent, disaffected and religious fringe.
Probably. There are those on the left who won't forgive Carney.Disagree, that's not who the NDP represents or wants to reflect anymore.
They are the party of the urban, white collar, elite, self righteous and woke.
As the LPC continues on its starboard turn they will shed those members and voters.
It is like the middle is the largest section of the Canadian political spectrum and represents the mainstream of Canadian political tendencies.Probably. There are those on the left who won't forgive Carney.
But when you consider how many CPC MPs feel comfortable leaving the CPC to join Carney, how many CPC voters are as well?
The middle in Canadian politics is a far bigger pool of voters than the fringes.
I don’t know a single white collar, ‘elite’ (whatever that means) here in the GTA who has voted for the NDP or would even consider voting for the NDP.Disagree, that's not who the NDP represents or wants to reflect anymore.

There are more than two.2? A disgruntled opportunist who failed to secure influence, advancement, or relevance within their own party and chose proximity to power over principle, and, a low-profile MP with minimal caucus impact who represents a riding that was already structurally favourable to the Liberals and was going back Liberal in the next election regardless.
These switchs required little courage, carried minimal electoral risk, and are more about career preservation.
Bob Fife currently knows of at least a half dozen more who are wavering.
Ma made significantly more money in his working career than he does as an MPThese switchs required little courage, carried minimal electoral risk, and are more about career prpreservation.
That's cool. I turned down an offer to make more money doing an easier job as a Nuclear Security Officer a couple years ago. Careers aren't always about money.Ma made significantly more money in his working career than he does as an MP
He is a Ottawa insider and Ottawa is a small club (you ain't in it) and reporters, lobbyists and politicians all have each other on speed dial. Why are Conservative MPs going to speak to him, specifically?
Trudeau, for all his faults, never had a floor crosser go to another party, even when his party was facing oblivion. Harper only got one in 10 years, with the the LPC as the 3rd biggest party for a significant amount of that time.
They often provide information leading up to the poll, along with leading questions for the poll itself. Are you talking poll results or stories about poll results?
I guess the same way the cbc does. Add an opinion and then support it with your own truths and facts. Until called out on it and then ask for more money. How does a polling company "fact check their sources"?
First of all retract the polling results. How does a polling firm "retract that info"?
Analysing results may also differ depending on the actual poll, demographics, results, desired outcome along with required data for one's own requirements. Extracting data and extrapolating data becomes subject to opinions and desired outcomes for many. It's one thing to not trust the numbers themselves (and all polling companies can be judged on a case-by-case basis based on how they surveyed, when, how they worded questions, who they collected the data for, etc.), and another to not trust other people's read of the same numbers.
No they aren't- that's the point. That's cool. I turned down an offer to make more money doing an easier job as a Nuclear Security Officer a couple years ago. Careers aren't always about money.
