Liberal Minority Government 2025 - ???

The author is ex-liberal with an axe to grind possibly but he is not cpc. although having his comments appear in the Sun one might think otherwise.

Not just a Liberal but the President of the Liberal Party of Canada in the era of Chretien, Martin, Manley, McTeague, McKay and Kinsella.

A party I voted for on occasion.

Never heard of him before!

"When the Prime Minister was pushing forward Bill C-24, a law to replace corporate donations to political parties with taxpayer subsidies, Liberal Party president Stephen LeDrew called the idea "dumb as a bag of hammers.""

He was ubiquitous on TV for those years.

OPG signs deal with Port Hope, Ont., to build new large nuclear reactor

Lecce says the agreement with Port Hope is a critical step in the creation of the world’s largest nuclear station that would power up to 10 million homes.

Is this item on the list to be 'fast tracked' for Federal approval? I don't even think Ontario has 10 million homes within the province. This facility will be massive in scope. Adding 1,700 new permanent jobs is quite significant. I would imagine that the facilities 'Armed Emergency Response Unit' will be fairly significant in size and capability.
About 5.5Mn per Stats Can.

I used AI for the first time in my life and she told me that it would take about 10,000 Mw continuous to power 10 million households. The largest current nuclear power plant is in Japan at 7965 Mw. Either the honourable member is being hyperbolic or he figures by the time it is built all of our other nuclear plants will be timed out (and he will be long on pension and won't care - or remember).

It's a one-off, handmade concept car. Most concept cars, even those built by actual auto manufacturers, never see the light of day but can be used to test elements.

Its made by somebody no one has heard of. Give us a call when you either have a plant or sold your patents to an actual manufacturer.

Ooopsie ....
No fine, just a "promise not to do this again" -- from the Commissioner's info-machine:

To be fair, that strikes me as a fairly obscure technical foul.

In general I’d agree, but you know how Rorschach-y these things can be. One person’s meh is another’s gotcha meme.

One of the damning "political charged" question and answer events.

So if a politician answers a question about a campaign at a government funded event, it's illegal?
