Check the CANFORGENS from last week, gents.  WATERPAT goes into general issue as part of the CTS project 1 Apr 2006.  It will be digitally patterned with dark blue, medium blue, and light grey, with blurred edges to simulate water.  "Field trials" (I know, I know....I can't think of a better term) start with certain garrison units in Halifax as well as two naval reserve units I believe in July 2005.  The order states a six month evaluation; all ranks are urged to forward comments, concerns and queries to the CTS project - there is a feedback link on the CTS site.
