GR66, thanks for the posting.

“and the Protecteur-class would sustain both.”

Topshee has mentioned that the Corvettes will need to be rated PC6 minus. If so, won’t future AORs need to be similarly rated to provide support to warships operating in the Arctic.
Which would be cheaper, a new build Corvette or outfitting the AOPS with appropriate radar, ESSM, and a bigger gun?
If the AOPS were "properly" outfitted wouldn't that reduce the number of Corvettes Topshee is asking for?

Seas Span is a large company that has multiple divisions.

Again cheap dollar and limited yard space.

Outside of the Canadian Military recently, how many ships (major and small) does Seaspan build in their BC yards?
Yes they do lots of maintenance and dry dock work.
The CEO of Seaspan, Kyle Washington, is a Canadian. But I just wish the company itself wasn’t owned by his American dad who owns the parent organization (the Washington Companies). Still I haven’t seen any signs of conflicted loyalties. But you never know in this day and age of Trump, Hoekstra and Lutnick. Political and economic events turn on a dime any more.
