New Reg Force member- can I still get a pension after 20 years?

I've been going through old posts and remain confused.

I'm new to the Reg Force- with all the changes over the past few years am I still able to retire after 20 years service (with a reduced pension [40%])?

As things stand, under normal circumstances (eg not a medical release) the minimum period is 25 years (for a pension based on 50%of the average of your best 5 years).
