New Spending

I was watching the news this morning and I heard John McCallum is going to:

cut $100 Million from NDHQ
add $600 Million for procurement of new vehicles
and to "cut money from the air force and navy and spend it on the army"


does anyone have more detailed news about this?

I don‘t see where it says they are cutting money from the air force and the navy.

They‘re not cutting any money from the air force or navy, they‘re just not going to give them any.

It looks like the army has gained the upper hand in the funding fight. . . .

But.. but.. the Air Force.. they should give our Air Force something! I mean most of the adds and things I see are already for the Army. I love the Army but I love the Air Force too. Not to crazy about the Navy though.. but our Air Force isn‘t that great and Army is pretty good in comparison. Give the Air Force some money so us flying people in Halifax can have something more than a squad af Sea Kings! Save our Pilots!
