OUTCAN postings

Hello. Ive been trying to find information on outcan postings but have been having trouble finding itnon the forums and through google.


One of my main goals in the military would to do a European outcan posting. A pipe dream for someone green I know. Im wondering if people have had better luck looking into this subject then I have.


If any seasoned members come across this poat, would love to hear your input aswell.

I see in your bio that you have applied for med tech.

Outcan postings for med techs are very few, and most are for a Warrant Officer rank. I think I saw 4 maybe 5 different spots for Cpl/MCpl in Germany and Washington.

Keep in mind that there are 400+ Cpls and 250+ MCpls in the trade......and they are not always filling outcan postings, most people are there 3-4 years and then back to Canada.

Not to say it won't happen but you have to be the switched on, top guy in rank as there is always guys that want those positions.
