Ah...finally an accurate definition...  :)

may I ask what burning tank(bushes are for those other guys) this was found under?

Well, I'm proof positive that good looks aren't required for promotion.

(Or am I living proof that looks will only get you so far!)

I think that when Christ was a Cpl, he wrote them on the back of Mose's Tablets from the Mount.

There are a few missing from there George...

LT. Can handle weapons OR ammunition, never both

2LT. Can handle replica weapons if no pointed parts are available.

NCO. Can herd all of the above officer ranks in a general direction, find their lost weapons and kit, and convince them that he will follow their orders to a T while coming up with a plan that works!

I think you edited the original for your own evil purposes!

CS Kenny, that "Peter Principle" seems to be uncanily close to the "Dilbert Principle", except in that it's the incompetent people who get promoted.

Ahh.. good old Dilbert. The only thing that keeps me sane in cubicle life.. sigh.

Sooo....you're saying, that when Moses stood in front of his people, held the tablet up and read them to the people, in actual fact, what the people saw was the above commandments?

Absolutely, of course it was backwards! Remember Moses was an “Officer”. If on the other hand he had an NCO attached, things would have been different. First our NCO would have had a few quiet words with God and the 10 Commandments would have been suitable modified.

1. Thou shalt keep your hair cut. Beards will not be allowed (except by Regimental order!)
2. Thou shalt polish thy sandals. Robes will have military creases.
3. Etc, etc, etc!
