When you look at the lengths judges in BC go to keep abusers and murders of indigenous women out of jail you'd almost think they want to finish what the residential schools started.

UC operations do not do things for no reason. There is policy on searching prisoners- especially to that level. And there are concerns in murder investigations that you can’t just take a pinky promise that they’ll change and give you their clothing.

This is another, on the face of it, troubling ruling from BC that pumps them out at a regular basis. Always with a common theme. We ll see what happens I guess

I’ll tell you what will happen. The author of the book “How to sue the Police” will cut him a cheque, make a land grant of 10,000 acres near Whistler and name a bridge after him.
