They kept that one pretty quiet and sneaky.

Is there any other reasonable explanation for such demand surges?
It draws the eye because this is one of the ‘Stans whose 7-ish million population may not need quite as much dual use electronics and machine parts they’re getting from all these countries.

Unless they’re to warehouses what the Cayman Islands are to bank accounts?
