At what point do you have no other choice but skip the chain of command?
I have been trying to solve an pay issue for months regarding my entitlements on component transfer. I have confirmed that I am indeed entitled to more than I am getting, as per a friend of mine with a virtually INDENTICAL case as mine, got action on it and it was subsequently resolved for him. He gave me copies of all his supporting documents to help me in my case.
However, I am currently in an infuriating situation where my CoC seems to be completely indifferent to my problem (for months now) and it seems they are just pretending to understand what I am talking about, passing the buck to some other office whenever possible. And, it seems the only people who are remotely interested helping me, are unable to because of their position. (MCpl in the OR)
I'm getting to the point where a) I am really low on funds all the time because I enrolled with the understanding that I would be paid was I was entitled to and b) I am begining to think I have no other recourse except either start paperwork on something they can't ignore (Redress) or contacting the office which granted my friend what he was entitled to and finding out just WTF is going on.
Any suggestions on what my next move here is?
