Hi,
The MCC (who took your interview) will contact you after the selection board. In case you're selected, you will most likely be given a job offer. Your file manager will then get your paperwork ready for enrolment. As per the staff that I have spoken to, candidates are adviced to not quit their present job until after enrolment.
If you're not selected, the MCC will inform you about the decision. They will also tell you what options are open for you at that stage (file closure, waiting for the next selection board, considering a different occupation, etc).
Cheers and all the best,
AGB.
PS - I am not a recruiter. This is only based on my personal experience.
