The CAF has a fitness culture issue. The CAF has tried the laissez faire approach for decades, perhaps it's time the CAF as an institution made changes.
Just because some people enjoy going to the gym does not mean all people do. If people don't enjoy it, they will avoid it. If the CAF mandates PT on a regular basis, and enforces it, we will cha get the culture and get people who don't enjoy the gym out to the gym.
Lastly, before another reading comprehension deficient person comes along and decideds to try to personally insult me, I am not advocating for the status quo, I am advocating for the institution to actually prioritize fitness. Though perhaps some don't want to that, so they can continue to feel superior because their interest happens to align with physical fitness.
