HI all. This is my first post on these forums so cut me a little slack please. I have tried a search and came up empty. I am looking for the Canforgen that came out a while ago regarding The Recruit the Recruiter program. My CWO at the time would not allow my memo to be submitted for various reasons but mostly because he did not want me to leave the unit. I thought I would try again but now I cannot find the Canforgen to use as a reference. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you read the first post on this thread (http://forums.army.ca/forums/threads/37277/post-306480.html#msg306480) you will find that you are looking for Canforgen 186/05.  Unfortunately, I do not currently have access to the DIN, but you can find it on there.

You can also find out more about the "Recruiter for a Day" program at http://www.forces.ca/rfd/engraph/index_e.aspx

You will not be leaving your unit per se, at least not for longterm times.  This program is run so that you might be called upon to talk at a school for an afternoon, for example.  Read through the RFD site, especially the intro and FAQs and you will find out how everything works.

He is referring to another CANFORGEN that was talking about CF members working in recruiting (full-time) and if anyone was interested in doing so was to let their chain of command know.
