reg force views of reserve

im looking to go to afghanistan as soon as the opportunity presents itself. as a reservist i have heard of lots of mistreatment towards reserve soldiers from reg force soldiers. but most of that mistreatment ive heard of comes from tours in bosnia. im just curious as to how the reg force views reservists nowadays? i know that alot of times theres dislike because a less experienced reservist who has 6 years in can be a sergeant and a reg force soldier can be a MCpl after 10 years in and would have to listen to someone who has 1/2 the experience and is 10 years younger. so i realise that, but im just curious as to the general feeling towards reservists. and dont worry about badmouthing and such, i want honest opinions.
