Also about CPSP - apparently the Dutch and Germans were not able to persuade the US to resume production of tube launched Tomahawk, even for a fairly large order for their new sub designs.

So if Canada does want a SLCM capability in CPSP, it will have to be vertical launch or some other SLCM.

Also leaves one to wonder how all the existing SSN that use Tomahawk SLCM tube launched are going to fair.

Perhaps there is a large stockpile.

I wonder if tube launched will take away manufacturing from other tomahawk variants that the US deems more important.
