Replacing the Subs

I was guessing that the F35 decision would occur 12-14 days later at Farnborough.
Very few folks want information releases at a show like Farnborough as it tends to get lost in the crowd -- while the GoC may want that, manufacturers don’t, and generally neither do journalists, and will often try to work with Defense Officials to find a mutually acceptable time to release.
 
Never happen, the only people who hate the very concept of Naval air power more then the Airforce is the Navy.
Santa seems to have put the CF on the nice list for the time being. If there was a time to dream boldly it’s now. As my eldest daughter used to say when she asked for something ridiculous, “it doesn’t hurt to ask, you can say no.” But I agree it’s as likely to happen as my winning the lottery.

Not addressed but on wish list:
APC fleet replacement - can see a split fleet with LAV for Canada and ??? in Europe
update on possible BvS10 fleet purchase due to NATO linkage
