So if it is deemed that the Kingfishers cannot meet the needs of the SAR program, can they be utilized for another role? For the Cormorant, perhaps augmenting/replacing them with additional Cyclone airframes (sans ASW equipment) If we are going to have an orphan fleet, might as well make the most of it.
