The town of Petawawa hasn't plowed the freakin' streets of the half foot of snow as of 0900 this morning.          ::)

Toronto's mayor called in the military to shovel!!  ;D

That's not even funny, seeing as some of us are on IRU until the end of the month!      ;)

Regards

edit - forgot the smiley Moe. Knew you were joking.

Santa's elves showing up to do your shovelling for you. Wouldn't that be sweet.

I HATE snow (unless I'm skiing in it).

Live la vie en rose, or go Dutch
While there's no enforced border, the Caribbean island offers two distinct cultures

MARIGOT, ST. MARTIN -- It was early on our first day here when we stepped onto the hotel-room terrace to see a cloudless blue sky.

The only sounds were the rippling waters of Simpson Bay lagoon below and the chirping of the birds. Blackbirds in the palm trees. Tiny goldfinches flitting among the bougainvillea and hibiscus shrubs.

It was already about 16 degrees warmer than the frozen north we had left the day before. When the weather outside is frightful, the Caribbean is oh, sooooo delightful

Oh man...just back in from shovelling, Part II
Don't know why I bothered, it's still coming down like the Dickens.
Wait...is that?  No, it can't be...
For a second there I thought I caught a glimpse of CADPAT from the corner of my eye!!!

Thank you.

Off to ITunes I go.

Edited to add:  I bought/downloaded his album "All Likkerred Up" and I'm killing myself laughing while listening to it right now.  Fortunately, my wife is out of the house - I fear this album will be designated "shop music" - to be played only when she can't hear it.

My wifes going to be home any minute - you guys are going to get me in trouble.  It's amazing how loudly my sound system can crank this stuff out!

"I wanna butt ugly slut with a bad drinkin' problem an a jealous ole man in jail" - kinda' takes me back to my Airborne days!  ;)

Well that's what they are hoping for in Toronto :)
