Strathcona's At Horse Guards

How many of our Armoured Regiments would have the capability to do this? I know that the GGHG have a Calvary Troop, but does anyone else?

AFAIK the Strathconas are the only ones with a riding troop.
And it's fully funded from donations. This is their 2nd time mounting the King's/Queen's Life Guard. They first did it in 2020 for their centennary which also made them the first unit other than the Household Cavalry or the King's Troop to mount the Life Guard. Since then the RCMP have also taken a turn. So as far as non-British units doing it goes, it remains an exclusively Canadian affair, unlike the King's Guard at Buckingham Palace.

some might argue having 30 odd soldiers dedicated to ceremonial duties at which you receive donations to unit fund is ethically dubious.
On the other hand, it could be argued that the CAF/Govt of Canada are getting a pretty good deal, with private donations paying for publicity that would otherwise cost the taxpayers…

Perhaps, but if your keeping 30 soldiers at public expense on a task that makes money for your unit fund…

But, it is circular argument. If the money then gets spent on representing the CAF at public events…we are right back where we started.

I sincerely doubt the entire regimental fund is spent on maintaining the Ceremonial Mounted Troop.
