Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands all have active monarchies.

For that matter so does Spain.

The Duke of York, as a royal performing official duties, has living expenses paid out of the estate income of the Duchy of Lancaster. So I think this means he won’t receive a public income anymore?
