They had to drop enlistment bonuses due to the economy - but Vlad will just find more distasteful people (asiatic Russians, North Koreans, Chinese etc ) to prop up the RuAF

I am hearing the Chechens are unhappy and not wanting to play. I suspect he does not want all his followers killed off in the meat grinder and wants to keep them for the post war festivities.

He bailed out several months ago, the cosplay stuff he was fine with, but the real fighting made them squeamish.

and maybe it has reached the casualty point where everyone has a neighbour or a friend who will never come home again and has decided that the bonuses aren't worth it.

He still will get North Koreans, Chinese and a bunch of folks from Africa, Latin and South America who are either duped or need money.
Plus while volunteer conscript soldiers may be drying up, he re-wrote the rules to allow conscripts to serve in New Russia (the territories he claims from Ukraine).
