The parts at the end stand out especially.

Trump says he will meet Putin in Hungary for Ukraine talks after 'very productive' phone call​

I can't see a route for him to get to Hungary that doesn't require some time over the air of a NATO country. My first thought is that he'll fly out over the Black Sea, close to Turkish airspace and then either cut across Romania or Bulgaria, If Bulgaria is the chosen route, then on into Serbian airspace before landing in Hungary.

Do Romania and Bulgaria not have an obligation under the World Court provisions to NOT allow Putin across their territory because he's wanted in Den Hague?
