The War in Ukraine

Not sure I track the logic of this but ok! Even with the massive fuel shortage in Crimea I don't think electric vehicles make up much of the traffic crossing the bridge to begin with, and the last very public example of smuggled explosives came in the form of a diesel powered truck blowing up on it.

I'd bet money something else is going on.

Unsurprisingly, it seems that so few NK's end up being captured alive is because there is a belief they'll be killed anyway if ever returned home. 2 are opting to push to be released to South Korea instead.

Ukraine has also made 2 pretty big claims.

Ukraine should just put it out far and wide that any North Koreans that surrender will have refuge in Ukraine or South Korea. And sweeten the deal for any North Koreans that turn on their Russian comrades before surrendering, they get a bonus.
