Are the vehicles fueled up when they are dropped?

Should be; otherwise, you have to go looking all over for jerry-cans while the enemy has time to react.
Ref the question about what drops first: equipment then troops.
I've been 1st, starboard, when dropping a grader... amazing how quickly it goes out once released

I remember one ex in Alaska near Nome,when our ahkiowere daisy chained and rolled down the ramp.It was a bit surreal watching them stream into the ground below.Once we had jumped and on landing we went to the sled's and found them broken with fuel for our arctic stoves saturating the tents.At that point our part of the ex was canceled and were choppered into Nome for the duration.
