Trump administration 2024-2028

U.S. lists demands Canada must meet to extend CUSMA, and dairy will be a non starter.


I’m actually ok with some of those, especially the dairy and streaming and online news regulations. I wasn’t a fan before Trump and my mind hasn’t changed.

As for the booze…m’eh. Just because it’s stocked doesn’t mean it will be bought. I never bought much of their swill beforehand anyways. Not really a fan of mandating the provinces to stock a foreign import in their Crown stores.

Some of the online regulations I agree with, I think they could be tweaked. Outside of dairy though, this is the Trump administration really trying to bend domestic policy alot in canada

Most likely. I was just saying that for some of the arm bending, we could have a rubber arm. 😉
