Good/bad (depending on your political bent): Hard right blogger/commentator Spencer Fernando is amplifying the material as credible in his eyes.
Bad news: it's not listed on the public domain bits of the Ekos site ....
... and searches at Google, DuckDuckGo, Swisscows and Yahoo show zero hits for the exact wording of the question as shown in the slide on the x.com post.
Optimist take: part of proprietary polling requested by someone where the results can't be shared en masse.
Pessimist's take: just made-up shit by some Libtard/New World Orderist/Chinese-Russian info-war troll.
Bottom line: how much does one trust a slide from a post of the head of a Canadian polling firm?
Personally, I'd call it at least a 7 to 7.5 out of 10 on the cred scale (we don't know any of the other questions & responses, not to mention more details on methodology & other context stuff), but YMMV.

I suspect the skew in results for conservatives reflects a concentration of the minority of Canadians who want to be annexed by Americans. The ones who have already told us why they look forward to greeting our new overlords.

I find most hard core conservatives are much more inclined to follow political ideology rather than any sense of national values. Same with the hard left.
The real barometer is where the middle stands as it represents most Canadians.
